TSC Manufacturing & Supply proudly announces its agreement to work together in a unique marketing approach through establishing a formal partnership with WAJAX Industrial Components, in the Canadian Oilfield. WAJAX Industrial Components, a division of WAJAX income fund, is a leading Canadian distributor of mobile equipment, power systems and industrial components for over 150 years. WAJAX Industrial Components offers a full range of value added service from logistics management to equipment repair and service.
The intent of the agreement is to further enhance TSC market share of capital products in the Canadian market, capturing both the repair parts and consumables demand, through a strategically devised and operated local stock and asset management program. Combined with WAJAX’s commitment to stocking local inventory, TSC aims to ensure that its products forge its reputation not only on design merits, but also on a responsible brand entrenched with local availability of parts and a service network, which keeps them operational. Through the partnership with WAJAX and its customer base of service/repair shops, TSC expects to exert less resources and capital to enhance market penetration as well as ensure long term growth and sustainability. Moreover, through leveraging this distributor network with reputable local repair facilities, TSC plans to enhance market share and top line revenue by way of these channel relationships, to reach the end user. These channel partners have become champions of the TSC product, further supported by an incentive and business model which supports and promotes the TSC brand.
After the agreement was signed on Jun 5, 2014, TSC received very positive feedback from the Canadian market. Notably, June was TSC’s largest sales month in Canada, with over $3 million in revenue. TSC looks to utilize this new partnership along with its channel partners and tight knit asset management program to continue to forge buyer’s confidence in the TSC brand. Despite an arduous multi-year battle with market competitors, TSC has found itself now firmly supported by several major drilling contractors, all of whom have committed to utilizing the WF1300 and WF1600LH high pressure mud pumps, as their choice pumps in their aggressive multi-year build plans.
Going forward, TSC looks to continue on its path as an established brand in the Canadian market. Through the partnership established with WAJAX Industrial Components, both companies will continue to operate in symphony to ensure a mutually favorable strategic alignment for each other as well as channel partners in the Canadian and North America oilfield industry.
